Avoid at all costs

I had a terrible experience and would avoid at all costs. I paid a substantial deposit in March and by October still had not been given a date for when the work would be finished. It was not clear to me that anything had been done at all. They agreed to refund me the deposit, but after weeks of chasing and claiming they would pay me on this or that date, they did not do so. Now I am having to resort to a small claims court to get my money back. I would really advise to go elsewhere. Side note: someone else came and did the work at half the price and in four weeks from quote to finish.
